EPIC Ireland presents
Migrant Tales

As part of National Heritage Week, EPIC Ireland presents “Migrant Tales”, a special free family event exploring the historical and cultural legacy of the Irish diaspora through the medium of storytelling.

The event includes a special guided tour of some of EPIC Ireland’s 20 galleries that bring to life the story of Irish migration. This is followed by an arts and craft workshop where children can create their own story book based on some of the famous characters from history they have learned about. The event is primarily aimed at young children aged 7-12, but all ages are welcome to attend.

The event takes place on Wednesday 24th August, 2016. The event is approximately 60-75 minutes. There are two sessions, one at 10:00AM and another at 3:00PM. The event is free, but availability is limited so booking is essential.

To book please call (01) 531 3688 or email info@epicirelandchq.com, stating the time slot you prefer and the number of people you wish to attend. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Heritage Week takes place this year from 20th – 28th of August, with hundreds of free events planned across the country. For more details visit their website.
